Problem solved! Our Virtual Desktop Service will provide real-time access to ClientBase and Trams whether in the office, at home, on the road, or in the air. As long as Internet access is available, your applications are too!
Is migration difficult?
Absolutely not! We will handle the migration of your existing platform or new migration from beginning to end.
Migrating is as simple as 1-2-3.
1 – Send us a list of users that need access to the system.
2 – Upload a copy of your ClientBase/Trams database. Not sure how to backup and upload the database, no problem, we have done this before. Give us a call and we will walk you through it, or let us remote into a PC and do it for you.
3 – We’ll build the virtual desktops and server and when ready communicate login credentials to your employees.
